Has a wealth of knowledge on networking. Used it for Comp Networks class. Still a good reference.

I regret that this book was not my first one on TCP/IP. If it were so I would have spent much less time for studying and understanding this theme. It is a great book indeed!

This text has great information if you want to understand how computers communicate with each other. we use the internet everyday without thinking how much human attention has gone into the design of this incredible network of networks. Despite some grammatical flaws, the book provides good information for the reader who wants to know about the "nitty-gritty" details of networking.

In order to really learn and understand computer networks this book should accompany other acceptable books as well. A great read but also know that it is not all encompassing.

Used this book for a class. Didn't care for the class, wasn't a fan of the book. Good thing it was a rental.

This book is riddled with errors. It contains typos in several examples. Some are obvious and some are not. The ones that are not obvious make understanding the examples difficult. Hopefully, your college professor has not made this textbook required reading for you.

Exactly what I wanted and expected, and the product got to my house quickly.

This book has some good explanations of current networking technology. The end chapter practice problems were not very helpful though.
